Returns & Exchanges

At WHIFF CULTURE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If a scent isn't the perfect match for your skin chemistry, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number.

• 2.
  Pack With Care

  Ensure the fragrance bottle is securely placed in its original packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged items may not be eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
